I am a recent graduate from the University of Hartford, completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, I also plan to pursue an MBA. I am dedicated to building professional relationships to gain experience in my career interests.
Work Experience
Created and scheduled engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aligning content with marketing calendar deadlines. Collaborated with design teams to develop content that was consistent with our brand voice and messaging. Utilized Canva and ClickUp to monitor performance for optimization of content production and scheduling. Assisted in the development of multi-platform calendars for proficient social posting.
Supported development on a simulated project to design a customer service chatbot, collaborating with a team to enhance customer satisfaction in a virtual environment. Strengthened communication and organizational skills with collaborative problem solving in a hand-on, virtual environment. Presented final project insights, showcasing key takeaways to a cross-functional group whilst demonstrating solution driven thinking.
Used my organizational skills to arrange the bookshelves and materials for the library staff. Contributed with events and facilitated summer activities, including the Summer Reading Program, successfully fostering engagement and participation for the program.
