Openly offers home insurance through independent agents. As an Agency Success Associate, you will help partner agencies sell more and grow quality business with Openly.
What You Will Do
- Engage with agents more than 120 times a month by phone, Zoom, video, and text
- Grow policies sold per agent, engagement, and retention
- Run incentives and contests
- Share local market feedback with product and underwriting
What You Need
- 1+ year of property and casualty insurance experience with a strong sales background
- Strong organization, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Available for some travel
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States; you must currently live in the US and be authorized to work here. Base pay is $59,920 to $71,155 a year plus up to $40,000 in commission, a bonus, and equity.
