Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with digital banking platforms.
