About the Role
River is hiring a Client Operations Associate for an entry-level or early-career opportunity in client operations. You will work directly with clients on product and service questions, spot trends in client activity, and help scale the business through better processes and automation.
What You Will Do
- Answer client questions and feedback about River's products and services
- Analyze trends in client activity and inquiries
- Find and build operational efficiencies to help the business scale
- Refine business rules, automations, and communication methods across Client Operations
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams such as Engineering, Risk, and Client Services
What You Need
- Interest in an entry-level or early-career client operations role
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Great communicator who adapts quickly and balances many tasks
- Ability to spot trends in data; Excel/Sheets or SQL a plus but not required
- Degree in communication, business, or information systems preferred
Location & Pay
Fully remote in the United States. Salary $70,000 (full-time) plus equity, unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
