GoodLeap finances sustainable home upgrades for more than 1 million homeowners. Collections Specialists resolve overdue accounts and help borrowers get their loans back on track.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound and take inbound calls to resolve overdue accounts
- Find solutions that bring loans current
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
- Follow GoodLeap's collections policies
What You Need
- 1 to 2 years of credit and collections experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Telemarketing experience with financial products is a plus
- Comfort with Microsoft Office
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States. Pay is $18.00 per hour plus bonus.
