Keep provider credentials, licenses, and payer directory listings accurate and up to date for a telehealth addiction care company. Fully remote US role paying $22.50/hour.
About the Role
Workit Health delivers evidence-based addiction treatment through telemedicine. The Credentialing Specialist makes sure every clinician's credentials and the clinic's payer information are complete and current.
What You Will Do
- Process credentialing applications and verify details
- Keep provider data current in the credentialing database and payer directories
- Monitor staff credentials and licenses
- Complete payer revalidation requests
- Work with billing to resolve credentialing-related denials
What You Need
- 2 to 3 years of billing and credentialing experience
- Familiarity with major payer portals and CAQH
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA
- Organized, precise, and able to work independently
Location & Pay
Fully remote in the United States. Pay is $22.50 per hour. Benefits include 5 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and a 401(k) with 4% match.
