About the Role
Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of The Cigna Group's Evernorth Health Services, is hiring remote Customer Service Associate Representatives. You will answer inbound calls in a high-volume virtual contact center and help patients get timely access to the medications they depend on.
What You Will Do
- Answer inbound patient calls professionally and efficiently
- Help patients with medication orders, benefits questions, and billing inquiries
- Follow structured workflows and resolve concerns with empathy
- Keep patient information confidential and follow healthcare rules
- Complete a paid 8-week virtual training program (on camera)
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required (1+ year of healthcare customer service is preferred)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and using several systems at once
- Availability within contact center hours: Mon-Fri 8 AM-11 PM ET and Sat 8 AM-5 PM ET
- Cable or fiber internet (at least 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up) and a quiet home workspace
Location & Pay
Remote. You must live in Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Pay is $17.75 to $19.00 per hour, and the role is eligible for an annual bonus plan. Benefits start on day one.
