What You Will Do
- Answer agent and carrier questions about coverage, rates, billing, and general policy reviews
- Communicate by phone, chat, and email while working across multiple systems
- Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, and other policy documents
- Record every customer interaction and transaction in the CRM system
- Organize policy files and help improve team processes
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior commercial insurance experience required; training provided
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace and stable internet
Location & Pay
Remote for residents of Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific. Pay $18 to $22 per hour (workers' compensation insurance experience may qualify for more). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off. No visa sponsorship.
