About the Role
TTEC hires work-from-home Customer Service Representatives to support customers for the brands it serves. Training is done remotely over webcam, and you work from a quiet home office.
What You Will Do
- Answer customer calls and help solve their questions and problems
- Use TTEC and client systems to look up and update account information
- Deliver friendly, professional service on every interaction
- Complete paid remote training over webcam
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- About 6 months of customer service experience
- Hardwired internet connection faster than 25 Mbps
- A webcam for training and a quiet place to work
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States. Pay is $13.00 to $16.35 per hour. TTEC is not hiring in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, or Montana for this role, and some other states (CO, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, DC) are only open based on business need.
