Full-time work-from-home phone job helping utility customers with service, billing, and payments for InteLogix. High school diploma, paid virtual training. $15/hour.
About the Role
InteLogix is hiring full-time remote Customer Service Representatives. After a paid virtual training program, you will be the main point of contact for customers with questions about their utility service, such as starting or stopping service, billing, and payment assistance.
What You Will Do
- Complete a paid virtual training program with weekly tests
- Answer customer calls about starting or stopping utility service, billing, and payments
- Resolve questions and complaints and guide customers to solutions
- Document every interaction accurately across tools
- Work with other departments and escalate complex problems
What You Need
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort using several windows and tabs while talking with customers by phone
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Wired (ethernet) internet of at least 50 Mbps down / 35 Mbps up and a private workspace with a door
Location & Pay
Remote in the US. Full-time, non-seasonal role with paid training, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Pay rate is $15 per hour. Offers depend on a drug screen, background check, internet speed tests, and photos of your home workspace.
