What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality customer support to parents and teachers via chat and email
  • Resolve customer questions with empathy, clarity, and sound judgment
  • Investigate and handle complex or sensitive support issues
  • Escalate issues internally when appropriate
  • Follow established workflows while adapting to new tools, products, and policies
  • Assist with additional customer experience (CX) tasks as needed

 

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions within guidelines
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in K–12 education
  • Startup experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with escalated support or QA
  • Technical aptitude or experience supporting software platforms

 

Hours & Pay

  • 35–40 hours per week
  • $20–$25 per hour
  • Flexible weekday schedule within U.S. daytime hours
  • Includes one weekend day
