About the Role
Concentrix is hiring work-from-home Customer Service and Tech Support Representatives for a financial services program. Applications are taken on a rolling basis through Concentrix's official hiring portal.
What You Will Do
- Answer customer service and technical support questions
- Walk customers through account and technical issues
- Keep accurate notes on every contact
- Deliver a great experience on each call
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Open availability for scheduling
- A quiet home workspace
Location & Pay
Remote, open to any US state. Pay is $15.00 per hour.
