About the Role
Proof connects law firms with about 2,000 process servers and delivers more than 60,000 documents a month. As a Dispatch Specialist I, you own a territory and make sure every job gets matched to a server.
What You Will Do
- Match each job in your territory to a process server quickly
- Call, text, and email independent servers and build relationships
- Talk with law firm clients by phone and email
- Negotiate fair prices for servers and the business
- Document decisions and use dashboards to improve
What You Need
- 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, customer service, or related work
- A bachelor's degree
- Calm under pressure and highly organized
- Comfortable negotiating and working with data
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States. Full-time and hourly, with pay of $41,600 to $47,840 a year, overtime eligibility, and a company bonus plan.
