About the Role
DoorDash's Risk and Insurance team is hiring an Insurance Claims Operations Associate for its Claims Operations team. You will manage the intake, documentation, and follow-up work that moves claims from first report to resolution, using internal systems and AI-assisted tools.
What You Will Do
- Handle high-volume claim intake and case processing across several channels
- Prepare and submit first notice of loss (FNOL) details to open claims
- Review, organize, and enter incoming documents and attachments
- Find and fix missing or inconsistent information using set workflows
- Keep data accurate across multiple systems and meet daily targets
What You Need
- 1+ years in operations, claims intake, insurance support, or another high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfort working across several systems at once
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Insurance or claims experience is a plus, but not required
Location & Pay
Fully remote in the United States. Onboarding runs Monday-Friday for the first 4-6 weeks; after that, shifts may fall on any day of the week. The national base pay range is $20.20 to $29.80 per hour, plus DoorDash benefits including a 401(k) match.
