Reddit is home to thousands of online communities. The International Payroll Analyst manages multi-country payroll delivery and keeps it accurate and on schedule.
What You Will Do
- Manage, audit, and run payroll across 15+ international countries
- Handle payroll inputs, approvals, funding, reconciliations, and filings
- Partner with local payroll providers on deadlines
- Support employees and business partners across time zones
What You Need
- 3 to 5 years of payroll operations experience at a global, publicly traded tech company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or HR
- Strong attention to detail
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States. Base salary is $105,400 to $147,500 a year.
