Fully remote Loan Officer Assistant (Sales Assistant) role at Knock, helping homebuyers through the loan process. High school diploma required. Pays $51,000 to $56,000/year plus bonus.
About the Role
Knock calls this role a Sales Assistant. You will support customers from application to initial disclosures, explain Knock's products and programs, and help Loan Officers see customers through to a successful closing.
What You Will Do
- Gather the documents needed to complete loan applications
- Help borrowers get pre-approved for the Knock Bridge Loan
- Manage a busy pipeline of loan applications for your Loan Officers
- Check that files meet requirements before they go to disclosure
- Follow up so disclosures are signed on time
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Loan Officer Assistant
- Active NMLS license, or the ability to get one within 90 days of hire
- Experience with a loan origination system, Meridian Link, Blend, and/or Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication
Location & Pay
100% remote anywhere in the US. Base salary is $51,000 to $56,000 per year, plus an uncapped incentive bonus. Perks include a $100 monthly internet/phone allowance and a $75 monthly wellness allowance. Knock says this posting expires December 31, 2026.
