Job Description:
Part-time, temporary role running member giveaways across Axios Local markets: planning the calendar, writing copy, picking winners, and tracking results. About 15 hours a week at $40 to $45/hour.
About the Role
Axios is a modern news company. Member giveaways have been a strong way to grow Axios Local memberships, and this part-time coordinator will run them end to end, about four campaigns a week.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain the giveaway calendar across Local markets
- Work with local journalists to find local businesses for each giveaway
- Write campaign copy and newsletter callouts
- Select winners and send digital gift cards
- Track results and document repeatable workflows
What You Need
- Strong project management and organization
- Strong writing and editing, especially email and promo copy
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic metrics
- Membership, lifecycle marketing, or media experience is a plus
Location & Pay
Remote, about 15 hours a week, part-time and temporary. Pay is $40 to $45 per hour.
