Job Description:
Remote W-2 contract role supporting NerdWallet's Student Loans marketing: reporting, affiliate campaigns, compliance updates, and invoices. 0-3 years experience preferred. $30 to $50/hour.
About the Role
NerdWallet is hiring a Marketing Operations Associate on a 3-6 month W-2 contract (with the intention to convert to full time based on performance) to handle the operational and administrative work behind its Student Loans business.
What You Will Do
- Process lender compliance updates (APRs, disclosures) on landing pages
- Build and maintain marketing reports and Google Sheets dashboards
- Set up affiliate campaigns and share creative assets with traffic partners
- Reconcile partner billing and invoices and follow up on discrepancies
- Track partner contracts and keep onboarding and renewals moving
What You Need
- About 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred (marketing ops, affiliate marketing, admin, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Good Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Comfort working with numbers and spotting discrepancies
- Clear, professional written communication
Location & Pay
Remote, based in the United States. Hourly rate is $30 to $50 based on experience and location. Estimated engagement is November 2026 through April 2027, up to 40 hours per week, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (Eastern time preferred).
