The Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator is a vital player on our operations team, ensuring all the moving parts come together seamlessly. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In any operations role, there are many working parts and every day is likely to look different from the next but here are a few of the top responsibilities we're looking for:
- Entering and communicating sales orders + Sample orders in ERP + 3rd part warehouses + Chat tool
- Scheduling and coordinating pickups and deliveries with 3rd party warehouses + carriers + customers.
- Partnering with Global Finance to support customer debt management, review past-due accounts, and update orders as needed.
- Monitoring on hand inventory and allocating to orders based on priority
- Facilitating Ecommerce orders- processes and relationships- including Amazon
- Compiling customer feedback data to inform company strategy
- Partnering with Global Marketing team on company messaging
- Escalating customer feedback to the appropriate departments
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations

YOUR COMMITMENT
This role is an exempt role working 40 hours per week. The work schedule is Monday-Friday between 8:00am- 5:00pm (MT or CT) with flexibility for requests that come through in all North American time zones.
