Prospect by phone, email, and social, qualify leads, and book meetings for Customer.io's sales team. Remote US role, $65,000 base ($97,095 OTE).
About the Role
Customer.io helps companies send personalized messages to their customers. As an Outbound BDR, you will find and qualify new prospects and set up meetings for Account Executives.
What You Will Do
- Research target accounts and build prospect lists
- Reach out with cold calls, emails, and social messages
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Keep CRM records accurate
- Work with marketing to improve outreach
What You Need
- 1 to 2 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Strong communication skills and resilience with rejection
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
Location & Pay
Remote in the USA. Pay is $65,000 base plus $32,095 variable, for $97,095 on-target earnings.
