About the Role
Brightree by ResMed is hiring remote Patient Success Representatives. You will make mostly outbound calls to patients, answer their questions, and place orders for the healthcare supplies that support their therapy. Paid training runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, and the start date is November 2, 2026.
What You Will Do
- Handle a high volume of mostly outbound calls so patients get the supplies they need
- Create and submit patient orders and complete account updates accurately
- Work in several systems at once
- Partner with internal teams to resolve patient and order issues
- Meet goals for productivity, quality, and service (100+ calls a day)
What You Need
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule, mostly on the phone
- Hardwired cable or fiber internet (30 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up); no satellite, cellular, or 5G
- Nice to have: Spanish bilingual, high-volume call center, or healthcare experience
Location & Pay
Fully remote within the U.S., with a preference for CST and MST time zones. Full time, Monday to Friday, an 8-hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST. Pay $17.00 per hour plus a differential for Spanish bilingual proficiency. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.
