About the Role
Salesloft helps sales teams sell better. The People Operations Generalist is the main contact for employee relations and works closely with managers to support employees.
What You Will Do
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations and exit interviews
- Manage leave-of-absence tracking and offboarding
- Create and maintain company policies and state compliance projects
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend action plans
- Write clear company communications
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in Human Resources, including employee relations
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and empathy
- HiBob HRIS experience is a plus
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States. Base pay is $60,000 to $85,000 a year.
