Job Description:
Netflix is seeking an Entry-Level Product Support Representative to help deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience for its global member base. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product-related questions, account issues, and technical concerns while representing the Netflix brand with professionalism and empathy.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced digital environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with Netflix product and account-related inquiries
- Respond to support requests via chat, email, and/or phone
- Troubleshoot streaming, billing, and device compatibility issues
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow internal processes while adapting to new tools and updates
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when needed
