Fully remote product support role at Fieldguide helping audit firms use its software by email, phone, and chat. 1-3 years of customer support experience; must work 2pm to 11pm PT. Pays $52,000 to $75,000 plus equity.
About the Role
Fieldguide is hiring a remote Product Support Representative to help build its support function. You will help customers get the most from the Fieldguide platform, troubleshoot issues, and pass customer feedback to the product team. The role works a 2pm to 11pm Pacific schedule.
What You Will Do
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer requests for help
- Troubleshoot platform issues by email, phone, or chat and work with Engineering on fixes
- Guide customers through features and best practices
- Share customer needs with Product, Engineering, and Design and help with beta features
- Help set up customer databases and templates and keep help articles and FAQs current
What You Need
- 1-3 years of customer support or customer-facing technical experience
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
- Ownership mindset and a bias toward action
- Adaptability as processes and customer needs change
- Must be comfortable working 2pm to 11pm PT
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States (remote-first company based in San Francisco). Schedule 2pm to 11pm Pacific. Pay range $52,000 to $75,000 per year plus equity.
