Guide people with substance use concerns from first contact to the start of treatment, keeping referral partners informed along the way. Remote US role, $55,000 to $65,000/yr plus bonus.
About the Role
Charlie Health connects people to virtual mental health and substance use treatment. In this role, you own the client journey from first contact until care begins, so nobody falls through the cracks.
What You Will Do
- Guide clients from first contact through the start of care
- Connect referral partners, clients, and the Admissions team
- Keep referral partners updated on the people they refer
- Spot barriers to care and escalate patterns
What You Need
- Client-facing experience such as admissions, ideally in mental health (preferred)
- Native or bilingual English
- Comfort with cloud tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States, working 11am to 7pm Eastern. Base pay is $55,000 to $65,000 a year plus a performance bonus.
