Help customers from home as a remote Customer Service Representative for TP, one of the world's largest customer support companies. Remote role in 40+ US states paying $16/hour.
About the Role
TP (Teleperformance) is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to support customers for its client brands. This is a work-from-home role open to residents of a long list of US states.
What You Will Do
- Handle customer contacts and resolve questions with care
- Navigate multiple systems while talking with customers
- Document each interaction accurately
- Meet quality and service goals
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- About 6 months of customer service experience
- 18 years or older and able to type at least 25 words per minute
- Hardwired internet (15 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) with proof of speed
Location & Pay
