When On Your Own:
- Start your day by reviewing open support tickets and prioritizing based on urgency.
- Respond promptly to incoming support requests from end-users.
- Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues on users' devices.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members for complex issues and share insights during team meetings.
- Continuously update your skills through self-paced learning and ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in IT is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
