Remote Outbound Call Specialist (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Position: Remote Outbound Chat Specialist
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM β 11:00 PM EST
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM β 7:00 AM EST
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through outbound chat (warm leads, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns).
- Answer customer questions with professionalism and accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Document conversations and outcomes clearly in our system.
- Meet performance metrics for response time, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during assigned shift.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Previous chat support or customer service experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Pay can be structured hourly or per chat/customer (based on difficulty level).
- Average range: $15 β $22/hour or $0.50 β $22.50 per chat depending on volume and complexity.
