Remote Outbound Call Specialist (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Position: Remote Outbound Chat Specialist
Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST

Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers through outbound chat (warm leads, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns).
  • Answer customer questions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Document conversations and outcomes clearly in our system.
  • Meet performance metrics for response time, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during assigned shift.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  • Previous chat support or customer service experience preferred.

Compensation:

  • Pay can be structured hourly or per chat/customer (based on difficulty level).
  • Average range: $15 – $22/hour or $0.50 – $22.50 per chat depending on volume and complexity.
