Seasonal work-from-home phone support role helping insurance agents use HealthSherpa during Open Enrollment. Paid training and equipment provided. $16/hour ($18 bilingual Spanish).
About the Role
HealthSherpa is hiring seasonal Agent Support Representatives for its fully remote Agent Support team. You will take calls from insurance agents across the country and help them use the HealthSherpa platform to enroll clients in ACA health coverage. The contract runs through the end of December 2026, with a possible extension into January 2027.
What You Will Do
- Take calls in a queue from insurance agents across the US
- Learn the ACA enrollment process and guide agents through the platform
- Troubleshoot the platform and answer questions about applications and referrals
- Follow support protocols while balancing speed and empathy on every call
What You Need
- Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
- Previous customer service experience
- 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with room for a desktop monitor
- Reliable home internet faster than 128 Mbps download
Location & Pay
Fully remote, open only to residents of Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. Pay is $16 per hour ($18 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers). HealthSherpa provides a computer and equipment, a monthly internet stipend, paid training, and overtime opportunities.
