Job Description

We're hiring reliable and energetic Sign Holders to help advertise store closing sales! You’ll stand outside near high-traffic areas holding bright, eye-catching signs to direct people to the store. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys being outside, staying active, and bringing good vibes to shoppers.

Location: Various Storefronts / Street Corners (Local Travel May Be Required)    
Pay: $17 – $20 per hour (based on experience and location)    
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time | 4–8 Hour Shifts | Weekdays & Weekends Available  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold and wave a sign advertising the store’s closing sale.
  • Stand in a visible, designated location near the store or busy intersection.
  • Use energy and friendly body language to grab attention.
  • Follow safety rules, especially when working near streets or parking lots.
  • Set up and take down sign or banner at shift start/end (if needed).
  • Stay on schedule and take breaks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Able to stand and hold a sign for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, light rain, wind, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to engage with passing traffic.
  • Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred for some locations).
  • Previous promotional or street marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Sample Shift Breakdown (Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM):
