Job Description:
Work from Home COAF Recovery Sr. Coordinator Associates handle inbound or outbound calls with customers whose balances have charged off. Associates should help customers with payment arrangements that relieve them of outstanding debt balances with the company. They may do so through payment arrangements, settlements, or other tools appropriate to the situation.

In this role, you will manage account-level research and engage with customers to help them navigate their financial responsibilities. General Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, helping customers understand their account status and payment responsibilities for charged-off accounts.
- Account Research: Perform deep-dive research at the account level to provide accurate information and resolve complex inquiries.
- Consultative Problem Solving: Overcome customer objections by providing clarity on financial obligations and guiding them toward manageable solutions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise records by updating account info and following all company procedures, including training and internal guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
Remote Work & Technology Requirements
To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, candidates must have:
- Private Home Office: A dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise.
- High-Speed Internet: A reliable Cable or Fiber connection (no satellite or hotspots).
- Performance Standards: Minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments.
- 1+ year of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
- 4+ years of Customer Service experience.
- 1+ year of experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
- Prior experience in Collections or Debt Recovery.
