Remote technical implementation role at DentalXChange, a dental payments and claims company. Help new insurance payers and partners connect to the platform, test transactions, and work support tickets. No minimum years listed; EDI experience preferred. Pays $26 to $29/hour.
About the Role
DentalXChange is hiring a B2B Technical Implementation Specialist to work with new and existing partners as they connect to its platform. You will coordinate setup and testing of connections and transactions, monitor transaction processing, and work help desk tickets. Training starts with the implementation workflow and builds up to full implementations and the company API over six months.
What You Will Do
- Set up and complete implementation and connectivity projects for partners
- Monitor transaction processing and research outages or unusual trends
- Provide operational support and work help desk tickets
- Track updates, test results, and setup details in support tickets
- Coordinate with partners and the development team to fix issues
- Communicate updates clearly with internal and external clients
What You Need
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including software walk-throughs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Experience with EDI transactions (837D, 270/271, 835, XML) preferred
- Experience with Postman and SoapUI preferred
