About the Role
VF Corporation is hiring a full-time Bilingual Warranty Customer Care Representative (English/Spanish). This fully remote role is the first level of support for consumers across multiple VF brands and channels, including inbound calls, live chat, text messaging, and email. You will help customers with product questions and orders and handle VF's warranty process. VF says that while formal education in a related field is great to have, it is most interested in your 0-2 years of experience.
What You Will Do
- Answer consumer questions by phone, email, live chat, text, social media, and marketplace channels, aiming to solve each issue in one contact
- Review warranty claims to decide if a product qualifies for replacement, repair, or credit, and keep the customer updated until it is resolved
- Place orders for customers and suggest products that fit their needs
- Offer solutions and alternatives when customers ask for returns or cancellations
- Keep detailed and accurate records of every customer interaction
- Meet goals for call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
What You Need
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- One year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in a contact center
- Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule for peak season, extended hours, weekends, and some holidays when needed
Location & Pay
Fully remote. VF says the ideal candidate will live in Wisconsin to better serve its client base. Hiring range $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, and the role may be eligible for extra pay such as an annual incentive, sales incentive, or commission.
