Fully remote call center role answering medical alert calls for Modivcare (VRI). High school diploma, 0-1 year experience. Starts at $15/hour. Start date November 2, 2026.
About the Role
Modivcare's VRI care center is hiring fully remote Care Center Representatives. You will respond to medical alert calls and give comfort, support, and peace of mind to members and their families across the country, often during critical moments.
What You Will Do
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency alert calls and follow protocols to dispatch the right response
- Give compassionate support using scripted and non-scripted responses
- Record call details, dispatches, and messages in a database in real time
- Verify and update member information and troubleshoot alarm systems
- Complete new hire training and pass the required compliance tests
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-1 year of customer service experience (contact center or healthcare preferred)
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM and comfort with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours
- Home internet of at least 50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up
Location & Pay
Fully remote. You must live in one of these states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY. 1st shift with one required weekend day. Start date: November 2, 2026. Pay starts at $15 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
