About the Role
Lowe's is hiring a fully remote Central Selling Specialist for Millwork. You will create and review customer quotes, contact customers to close or tender sales, and provide consultative service so millwork orders meet customer needs.
What You Will Do
- Create and review customer quotes for millwork products
- Contact customers to close and/or tender the sale
- Provide exceptional consultative service and confirm customer needs are met
- Coordinate with Receiving, Delivery, Install, and other associates as needed
- Meet selling and service performance expectations in a remote contact-center style role
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, or service environment preferred
- Friendly, professional customer service skills
- Ability to work a CST remote schedule
- Note: some municipalities may require a salesperson license
Location & Pay
