About the Role
BillionToOne is hiring a temporary, full-time, remote Client Services Associate I (Spanish, Prenatal) to be the face of the company for physicians, OB/GYN clinics, their staff, and patients. You will reach out to get missing information needed to process test orders, help patients with questions, and work a queue of follow-up cases.
What You Will Do
- Call clinics and patients to collect missing information needed to process and report test orders
- Answer inbound patient calls and tickets about test results, the patient portal, and other questions
- Work a queue of follow-up cases on a set contact schedule until each is resolved (about 40-60 cases a day)
- Document all communication in the CRM and lab systems, and update customer and order records
- Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries from customers, sales reps, and internal teams
- Work with the lab, data entry, sales, and billing teams so orders are processed and reported on time
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Prior client-facing experience in customer service, inside sales, a call center, or a similar role
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with outbound calls
- Strong communication skills and accurate documentation
- Nice to have: Salesforce or Zendesk, and customer service experience in a lab, healthcare, or medical office
Location & Pay
Remote (United States). Temporary, full time. Working hours may be Monday-Friday between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific, based on business needs. Base pay $28.90 per hour.
