Support the Client Success team for WeightWatchers for Business with client reports, presentations, marketing materials, and CRM updates. About the Role
WeightWatchers for Business, the company's employer and health plan brand, is hiring a temporary Client Success Consultant through June 2027. You will be the operational and administrative backbone of the Client Success team, working with Client Success Managers on key accounts and reporting to the VP of Client Success.
What You Will Do
- Support Client Success Managers on key accounts as priorities change
- Pull together client results and help create client-facing presentations, especially annual and quarterly reviews
- Create customized marketing asset packets for clients
- Keep CRM account information current and complete
- Help with new client launches and relaunches, and coordinate internally to resolve client issues
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of related experience (marketing, sales, client success, project management, or the wellness industry)
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working under deadlines with limited supervision
- Google Suite; HubSpot, Looker, or Jira preferred
Location & Pay
Remote (United States). Temporary, full time, through June 2027. US pay range $20 to $25 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location.
