About the Role
Hawthorne Health is hiring three Clinical Success Coordinators for temporary, full-time assignments (up to 40 hours a week, W-2) lasting about 4 to 5 months. Hawthorne calls this an entry-level role: you coordinate scheduling and communication so study participants and home-visit clinicians (called Heroes) have a smooth experience from start to finish. What You Will Do
- Schedule and reschedule clinical research study visits within each visit window
- Support more senior coordinators on complex or high-volume studies and manage lower-volume studies yourself
- Check scheduled visits daily: equipment shipping, unconfirmed visits, clinician training, and license confirmation
- Talk with patients and clinicians during scheduling and support them through visit completion
- Help coordinate logistics, supplies, and third-party vendors for visits
- Flag gaps in clinician availability and other roadblocks to the right teams
- Follow standard procedures and meet visit scheduling goals
What You Need
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in patient and/or customer service
- Call center, event coordinator, or similar experience
- Good communicator, organized, adaptable, and good with technology
- Strong time management and attention to detail and deadlines
- Preferred: a bachelor's degree, GCP certification, clinical research or healthcare knowledge, and basic skills in another language

Remote; candidates across US time zones are welcome. Temporary W-2 assignment, up to 40 hours a week, for about 4 to 5 months, with three openings. Pay is $24 to $26 an hour.
