Remote customer support job with Arketa, a software company for gyms, yoga studios, and wellness businesses. Help studio owners by chat, email, and Zoom with scheduling, payment, and setup questions. About the Role
Arketa is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative for its Customer Experience team, the first line of support for the studios, gyms, and wellness providers that run their business on Arketa. You will own each inbound inquiry from first message to resolution and work across chat, email, and Zoom in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires weekend and/or overnight availability; shift details are shared during interviews.
What You Will Do
- Handle Partner conversations from start to finish across chat, email, and scheduled Zoom calls
- Solve real problems for wellness businesses, such as schedule issues, payment questions, migrations, and integrations
- Work scheduled shifts and stay engaged with the support queue
- Work with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations teams on harder issues
- Keep learning new Arketa features and use AI-assisted internal tools
- Share customer feedback with Product, Engineering, and CX leadership
What You Need
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, a contact center, or a customer-facing operations role
- Excellent written communication in chat and email
- Able to juggle chats, calls, and emails at the same time
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Organized and self-sufficient team player
- Weekend and/or overnight availability
- Nice to have: front-desk experience at a yoga, pilates, or fitness studio; Intercom, Slack, Notion, or Google Suite experience; a bachelor's degree
Location & Pay
Remote in the United States. Non-exempt position paying $23.00 to $27.00 an hour based on a 40-hour week, with pre-approved hours over 40 paid at 1.5x.
