About the Role
Tembo Health is hiring a full-time remote Enrollment Specialist. You will be the front-line connection for families dealing with a dementia diagnosis: you call patients and caregivers, explain the Tembo Health program, get consent, and schedule virtual assessments with the clinical team.
What You Will Do
- Make a high volume of calls (at least 65 a day) to educate patients and care teams about the program
- Screen and enroll patients and caregivers remotely, from start to finish
- Get program consent from members, caregivers, and family
- Schedule virtual assessments with the clinical team and partner organizations
- Keep accurate records of all calls and follow-ups
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English
- 1-2 years of inside sales or outbound telephone experience
- Empathy and comfort talking with people with cognitive decline and their caregivers
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and a private workspace for video calls
Location & Pay
Full-time remote position in the United States, with shifts available for all time zones. Pay $27.00 per hour plus incentive pay.
