About the Role
Clasp is hiring an Events and Student Outreach Coordinator for its Higher Ed team. Events are where Clasp meets students and school partners face to face, and you will be the person who makes each one run smoothly, from choosing events and registering to shipping materials and managing the calendar. You will also make sure every lead gets a timely follow-up and reach out to students directly by phone and email. The role is open to remote candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
What You Will Do
- Research events to attend and coordinate sponsorship, exhibit, and speaking opportunities
- Plan and manage team events from start to finish, including timelines, registration, travel, booth logistics, and budgets
- Keep the team's event calendar up to date and ship event materials and swag on time
- Log leads from events, make sure each one is followed up, and write event recaps
- Run bulk marketing email and SMS outreach to Clasp's student database
- Make up to 50 student calls per week plus personal email outreach
What You Need
- Experience coordinating events with multi-step logistics, including vendors, travel, and budgets
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and writing clear, professional emails
- Very organized, detail-oriented, and quick to follow up
- Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced job in the Eastern or Central time zone
- Willing to travel for conferences, events, and company offsites
- HubSpot, Notion, and Claude experience preferred; field marketing, admissions, or campus programming experience is a plus
Location & Pay
Remote for candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones, with travel to conferences, events, and company offsites. Salary $75,000 to $85,000 a year plus equity.
