About the Role
Ooma is hiring a remote Implementation Specialist as the first line of contact for Ooma Enterprise. You will project-manage onboarding, guide customers through provisioning and configuration, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Sales and Engineering.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the customer-facing voice for Ooma Enterprise onboarding
- Project-manage provisioning, installation, and configuration
- Guide new customers through the established onboarding process
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when needed
- Set expectations, communicate status, and mitigate schedule risk across internal teams
What You Need
- 2+ years of technical customer success or implementation experience, preferably SaaS or call-center
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN)
- Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills
- Hands-on cabling or telecom install experience preferred
- Goal-oriented self-starter comfortable with light direction
Location & Pay
Fully remote in the United States. Base salary range $66,500 to $76,500; may also include bonus and/or RSUs. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, ESPP, and PTO.
