About the Role
A Place for Mom is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to be the first point of contact for families looking for senior care. Working from home on an assigned Central time shift, you will take pre-screened inbound leads, hold in-depth consultation calls, and match families with senior living communities and home care providers.
What You Will Do
- Take inbound, pre-screened leads and work an assigned shift
- Hold in-depth first consultation calls with families
- Explain senior care options and find communities and providers that fit each family
- Act as the link between families and senior care providers after the 4-week new hire training
- Meet daily call and referral goals, including scheduling community tours
What You Need
- 2+ years of inside sales or inbound call center experience
- A history of beating sales targets
- Able to talk on the phone and take notes on the computer at the same time
- Strong computer and typing skills, including Word, Excel, and a CRM
Location & Pay
Remote, Central Time Zone shift (the company also posts Eastern and Pacific time versions). Full time, 40 hours a week, hourly non-exempt; schedules may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Base pay $45,760 ($22.00 per hour), with on-target earnings of $74,000 including an uncapped variable bonus.
