About the Role
Acorns is hiring a Junior Invest Operations Associate to run essential back-office processes that protect customers' assets, working high-volume email and case queues and supporting the Risk and Advisors teams. Acorns is remote-first, with optional office space in Irvine, CA.
What You Will Do
- Resolve a high volume of customer emails and operational cases, with occasional outbound calls
- Process ACH disputes and mail and fax requests for asset transfers, verifications, and legal levies
- Process 3210 letter requests and help with outgoing asset transfers and incoming rollovers
- Help customers update funding sources and resolve account inquiries
- Investigate account unlock requests and separate fraud from false positives
What You Need
- 0-2 years of experience in investment, banking, or financial operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume queues
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Flexible availability; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
