About the Role
Vivian Health is hiring a Marketing Associate, Social Media & Content to be the creative engine behind its organic social and UGC presence. You will shoot, design, and publish content that connects with nurses and healthcare professionals, bring brand campaigns to life, and help run influencer and UGC programs, using AI tools along the way.
What You Will Do
- Create short-form videos, carousels, and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more
- Keep a content calendar, post daily Instagram Stories, and manage the community
- Monitor brand sentiment and engagement
- Run campaigns, giveaways, and events such as Nurses Week
- Help source influencers and lead the creative for paid influencer content
- Support influencer, UGC creator, and affiliate programs from outreach to payment
What You Need
- 1 to 4 years creating social media content for a brand, agency, or personal platform, with a portfolio
- Content design, video production, and editing skills with tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut
- Confident on camera and up to date on social trends
- Organized enough to run a publishing calendar and several projects
- Experience using AI tools
- Nice to have: healthcare, nursing, or staffing experience
Location & Pay
