About the Role
Maze, an AI-native code security company, is hiring a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing team across events, digital and content, and marketing operations. Maze says you don't need marketing experience: it wants an organized, reliable go-getter who is comfortable using AI tools. It is a good fit for a student or someone starting out in marketing.
What You Will Do
- Order swag restocks and track shipments to and from events
- Build event landing pages and invite emails in HubSpot from templates, send reminders, and track RSVPs
- Update pages on the Maze website through its CMS
- Build and schedule marketing emails, and schedule social media posts
- Proofread drafts and turn content into new formats
- Build and clean up contact lists in HubSpot, and keep marketing tasks up to date
What You Need
- No marketing experience required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using AI tools (or keen to learn)
- Happy to follow templates and checklists and ask questions
- Available 10 to 20 hours a week, with some extra flexibility before big launches or events
- Nice to have: any marketing experience (even a class, club, or personal project), or experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Figma, Canva, or Google Sheets
Location & Pay
Remote (United States). Part time, 10 to 20 hours a week with flexible hours that can fit around school or another job. Pay $10 to $35 per hour. Helping at a local event now and then is optional if you live nearby.
