About the Role
IQVIA is hiring a remote Patient Support Medical Billing Representative to receive medical claims, interpret EOBs and CMS-1500 forms, and decide approval or rejection against program-specific business rules while supporting patient inquiries.
What You Will Do
- Receive medical claims and confirm required supporting documentation
- Interpret EOBs and CMS-1500 forms and apply program business rules
- Support customer inquiries by phone, email, fax, or other channels
- Maintain daily productivity and quota expectations under HIPAA
- Flag operational challenges and recommend solutions to management
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a medical billing program, degree, or Certified Medical Billing license
- Experience in claim processing, EOB interpretation, insurance verification, and payment posting
- Call-center or customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
- Contract role managed by an external agency with potential conversion to IQVIA full-time
Location & Pay
