About the Role
SRS Acquiom is hiring an Onboarding Associate who reports to the Senior Director of Contract Administration. You will handle onboarding for new merger and acquisition (M&A) deals, be the main contact for onboarding questions, and keep clear records in the company's system.
What You Will Do
- Be the main contact for deal onboarding questions about the Shareholder Representative Services product
- Follow up with M&A attorneys after deals close
- Do wire callback verification
- Collect deal documents and upload them to the system of record
- Collect fees and funding from closed deals and route them correctly
- Track pending and closed deals, run reconciliations, and send reports to leadership
What You Need
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equal education and experience
- Strong written and spoken communication
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills (NetSuite is a plus, not required)
- High attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Location & Pay
Fully remote from anywhere in the continental United States (or hybrid if you live within 20 miles of the Denver office). You must work standard Mountain Time hours. Remote employees visit the Denver headquarters about three times a year. Full time, hourly pay of $31.00 to $35.00.
