About the Role
Builder Prime is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative. You will connect with construction professionals who need its software, build relationships, qualify prospects, and schedule demos with Account Executives. What You Will Do
- Prospect through calls, emails, and social channels
- Explain Builder Prime's value to construction professionals
- Qualify prospects and schedule demos with Account Executives
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and follow up with the sales team
- Track your activity and performance and join monthly team challenges
What You Need
- 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach (calls, emails, door-to-door, or social)
- Track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets
- Clear, persuasive communication and comfort handling objections
- Organized about pipeline follow-up and CRM
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work from home
Location & Pay
100% remote in the US for candidates authorized to work without sponsorship, living in states where Builder Prime already hires SDRs: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin (Denver or Salt Lake City preferred). Team hours 8am to 4pm MT with a daily 8:30am MT meeting. Pay $60,000 base plus commission with $20,000 on-target earnings.
