About the Role
Inntopia, part of Outside Inc., is hiring a Partner Success Guide. You will be the first point of contact for partners (such as resorts and travel businesses) that use Inntopia's Commerce, Marketing Cloud, and Business Intelligence software, helping with troubleshooting, training, and advice on growing revenue. What You Will Do
- Give first-level support and training to Inntopia partners by phone and email
- Reach out proactively to partners and keep in regular contact
- Answer questions about how the software works
- Help partners solve software and system issues, and log problems in the issue tracker
- Share best practices and sell additional Inntopia products and services
What You Need
- Prior customer service experience by phone and/or in person
- Strong technical problem-solving, writing, and speaking skills
- Organized and able to handle several tasks and changing priorities
- A good understanding of software and a passion for technology
- Available for some evening, weekend, and holiday hours
- Nice to have: HTML or email marketing experience, or travel, hospitality, or outdoor industry experience
Location & Pay
Fully remote; Outside welcomes applicants anywhere in the United States (or Canada). Full time. For remote jobs that could be done in Colorado, Outside lists a salary of $55,000 to $70,000 a year, and extra pay may include a bonus or commission.
